They have saved me over $500 monthly by switching to them. Very fast and efficient. I recommend this branch every chance I get to anyone who is shopping around.

1 /5 Lay-Cee Dotson: Switched from State Farm to Allstate. I called and got quotes a year ago and they weren’t beating my current policy. Got a quote in January was $20 less so I left SF. Upon the review of the first month, it was $40 more. Fast forward to the renewal, I decided to pay in full with a credit card. I got a bill later for $60 because I paid with credit card, there was nothing within the app that explained that. I asked to speak with a manager. They never called me back. I will be switching when my renewal ends.

5 /5 richard valdivia: What a great experience I had dealing with Mrs. Salgado. I had have been with Allstate auto insurance for over 10 years. She fully explained to me the benefit of having home and auto all together. She was able to answer all of my questions and I had a lot. Having a person like this on the Allstate team is a tremendous impact on great customer service. Thanks again Blanca I truly appreciate all the help.

I have been lucky to only have ONE claim where I actually had to go through a process, but it was a fairly large one for a new roof. It was handled quickly and efficiently and I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking to make a change in their insurance.
