1 /5 Jeff Hatz: We ended up having liability-only coverage on our brand new car, but they were entire oblivious to this. While not their fault, its entirely inexcusable that they ignored that update the insurer sent them. After filing a complaint were told they ignore those messages and nothing would change.
We were told flat out that we are not a priority and that our requests to have our policy re-shopped (the main feature of an insurance broker in the first place) would be entirely ignored.
Not to mention the constant turnover. For the last two years, I had no clue who our broker was because it was changing multiple times a year and I stopped keeping track of it.
They will profit off your policy year after year while giving you NOTHING in return. Find someone else who will actually take care of you.
