Amanda Policky My family has used Morgan Stanley as financial advisors for decades. So, I was excited to see if they could help me plan for retirement in the next 10 years and make some investments. My husband requested an appointment through the website and we waited 2 days and had no response. I sent an email stating that no one had called back, and an appointment for a phone call was made. During the phone call, the representative told me he knew my family (had worked with them "for decades") and that he would send me a paper to fill out and send back. After filling out the paper, I waited 2 weeks. No response. I emailed saying that I was going to look elsewhere, since this is the second time I have not been important enough to call back. I got an email saying that "This month has brought with it a tremendous workload we were not expecting, so we are unable to take on new clients at this time." Why wasnt I told that two weeks ago? If you dont think I am important enough to work with, say that. Would not recommend.

Anony Muss I’m pretty sure this bank is running a sort of Ponzi scheme, or at the very least robbing Peter to pay Paul kind of deal. I deposit my check every week. Every Sunday the ATM says my account is empty, and the ladies inside say “yep everything adds up…you spent all of your money”. However, between Tuesday and Thursday half of my paycheck shows up in my account (depending on how much they take out to cover other people’s expenses and let me keep). I’m going to ask the FDIC and BBB to investigate.

Sherry Holland Friendly and helpful staff. Always something interesting to find. I saw a man leave disappointed and angry because they couldnt help him, and the staff had told him so respectfully and regretfully. He threatened with a bad review. Makes you wonder how many of these bad reviews are from people that had to be turned down. There are also many 5 star reviews as well. I find the staff to be very professional and courteous.
