4 /5 Houston Guy: Average sized Chase bank with drive-thru. The first set of doors stay unlocked after regular hours to allow for use of the ATM inside. Ample parking available.

1 /5 Jennifer Herring: This Chase is the reason why I am closing my accounts after many years. On two occasions within several months they put a hold on my check that I deposit every month and have been depositing every month for 2 years. I contacted fraud and they blamed it on the branch. Of course the branch blamed it on fraud. Both employees were rude, especially the fraud representative. When I said that I was taking my business elsewhere, he told me to do what I needed to do. This is trash.

1 /5 J M: So you would think that businesses with such low ratings would actually look into the feedback and make improvements. This location it is laughable. They usually only have one outside operating atmosphere. I came in once just to simply to change my telephone number on my account. I needed an appointment just to do that, but they had no appointments for the day. Awesome. The layout of the bank is so awkward. Ypu have to walk to the back corner where everybody is literally practically behind your neck. When youre trying to pull out money at the counter.

1 /5 tyler: This is the worst chase location Ive ever been to. The female employees are nice, but every male employee (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER) is rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

1 /5 Erika Turcios: The current manger at this location is the worst. No help what’s so over, never did she apologized for the inconvenience she cause. Save the time and go to a better location cause this is not it.
