1 /5 Veronica Moreno: The automatic payment system doesnt work and I have to call to pay manually for the past 4 to 6 months. This week, I had a stroke and while in the ICU I spoke to the manager, Sabrina, about thisbautodraft problem..She couldnt handle me telling her about my situation and the added stress having to do this causes me each month. She hung up on me while I was trying to pay off the balance. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I regret using them! I spoke to the VP on Friday and he was no help, blaming their vendor for the problems with the auto draft and then the calls for the payment would t stop even after I told them I was at the hospital! Worst Customer Service Ever!! Im reaching out to the BBB and filing a complaint. Dont offer a autodraft service if you CANNOT Provide it, Period!
