Farmers Insurance - Mistie Day - Post (TX)

1 /5 Kierra Taylor: I do not recommend going here if you arent from the Post area Lubbock is only 35 minutes away and have cheaper policies. I was only with them for 2 months and was gave the run around of my policy and why it wouldn’t go back to our original agreement after my checking account (which they do require) was set up. It is family owned which makes it more difficult and the costumer service was very un organize I actually had a fee that was going into collections that I was not aware of And neither did they have any knowledge or information of what was going on with my previous account with them which I then was told to call the company myself to figure out why. Highly unprofessional do not recommend
