Katie Bonnell So I went in today to open a bank account. I was able to do mine with the manager of the facility. Instead of focusing on what we were doing she was helping everyone else then gradually getting back to what we were working on. Then towards that end after I done stayed that Im not familiar with this bank I really wasnt given any information everything was speed through. No information about online banking, if there is an mobile app no nothing. Also its not a huge deal or anything but anywhere else would give you a folder of some type to put your paper work in. Here nope your just handed this stack of papers along with little ones that could fly away as soon as you step outside. She really didnt explain everything they had to offer either so it wasnt a pleasant experience. Im not impressed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Andrea Pillars I do my deposit drop everyday for the business I manage! The ladies there are always so sweet! Vicky has got to be the sweetest teller around! On top of that, there is hardly EVER a wait time AND they are one of the few banks around that still give out suckers to the kiddos! All around, my business chose the right bank to bank at!
