I contacted them in regards to the vehicle I wanted and week before and they got me approved and literally gave me plenty of options and choices and help me get into something comfortable that was in my budget! The staff is so accommodating and polite! I have purchased quite my share of vehicles but truly no other experience compares, quick and easy process!!! Preston Harris I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
