1 /5 Johnnie Lohmann: I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this tax prep company. Kyle Pope did my taxes for 2022 and 2023, I was one year behind. There have been multiple costly mistakes with my taxes. For 2023, he failed to include my healthcare paperwork, which has caused significant issues. He failed properly file once necessitating paper filing and tried to convince me it was because someone else filed my taxes. Absolutely not. IRS confirmed it was him. His preparer tax ID number was attached. In 2022, he miscalculated my taxes, and I now owe an additional $464.93 as a result. I trusted this preparer to handle my taxes accurately and professionally, but his repeated errors have not only cost me money but also caused unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend their services and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable and competent tax professional.
