1 /5 Zoey Lopez: If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Worst bank I have ever had. The app is horrible. It has multiple features you can use, except you can’t. The features always “pending”. Also, just checked tonight, because I get paid on Thursday nights, and my checking account was closed for whatever reason. I had direct deposit set up for me and my fiancé on this account and now I have to go to the bank and figure out where my money is so I can pay my bills. This is ridiculous. I’m finding a new bank as soon as possible with better communication skills and customer service.
