1 /5 Zoey Lopez: If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Worst bank I have ever had. The app is horrible. It has multiple features you can use, except you can’t. The features always “pending”. Also, just checked tonight, because I get paid on Thursday nights, and my checking account was closed for whatever reason. I had direct deposit set up for me and my fiancé on this account and now I have to go to the bank and figure out where my money is so I can pay my bills. This is ridiculous. I’m finding a new bank as soon as possible with better communication skills and customer service.

1 /5 Rex Shipman: I went with a friend to open an account after she sold her dads place & recieved a CASHIERS CHECK. When she presented it to the woman after one look at us she started to act like a snooty person. After leaving with the CASHIERS CHECK she came back & said it might be a fake because the bank couldnt verify it. She then threw her Drivers license, Social security card & the check at us & told us to go cash it at Walmart or a check cashing place with an attitude. I feel like she treated us like that because we were wearing clothes that we had put on to walk a mile down a muddy road to get to the closest place I could park my .truck
