Worst insurance company in town with the most incompetent, over-bearing and rude woman I have ever did business with. She basically screamed at me over the phone for her own mistakes! She lied to my uncle and told him I had signed some document authorizing them to bill him for MY car insurance when I tried paying myself. But she told me my insurance was just due and so they charged him. All he did was pay for the initial car insurance setup but they kept his bank info anyway and just decided to bill him again after I had been making payments since!
A billing mistake I could handle once corrected. But the womans attitude and literally screaming at me like I did something wrong was unprofessional and I hung up the phone on her. Will be getting insurance elsewhere now. This place is just a middle man charging you money for doing what anyone can do themselves online. I used them because I thought having local people would be a friendlier, personal experience. This place is all friendly in the beginning but do not know how to handle and be polite when they are at fault. Will scream and condescend you. Turn from angel to a demon quick!
