Whitney Hampton I havent had a good experience with this group. Policies get cancelled because a lack of follow-thru and errors made. Time management, and due diligence does not seem to be a strong suit for this team.

Messie Mehari I built a house with D.R. Horton and love it. I have their insurance which I felt was fair. However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!

Chuck Blanton Wow...what a difference. Honest, responsive and professional. Todays insurance rates are certainly going higher and its easy to fall for a cheaper policy and be surprised when you have a claim. The Jones Group is not only there to provide their clients with an affordable quote, but more importantly they provide you with the insurance you need for protection in the event of a unforeseen loss. Too many insurance agencies only want to "sell you a policy" without explaining the real risks associated with protecting your business or property. The Jones Agency is looking to protect you and not just sell a policy. Very refreshing!
