They kept me updated about the delay and the bracelet arrived, yey! I got a gorgeous silver bead bracelet for a reasonable price, well made and exactly what I was looking for. I trust them implicitly and know that Im getting good value and genuine, quality work. Its the only place Id buy turquoise, except possibly in Santa Fe (maybe.) My sister, who lives in Santa Fe, loved to visit the store when she visited us in Dallas, as the prices and quality are as good or better than Santa Fe itself. Great people, great service, and great merchandise. My favorite [non-book] store!

They are so very helpful, lovely to work with, great communication and jewelry is exceptional. I required some help for a custom order, and their staff went above in beyond providing information and help with my order. I received more quickly than expected, and they kindly called and let me know when it was on its way. Exceptional customer relations!
