James and his team don’t just sell insurance; they sprinkle in wisdom, sarcasm, and just the right amount of “trust me, you need this” to make you feel like a genius for signing up. I walked in with a fear of adulthood and walked out with coverage so good I might start doing riskier things just to see it in action (kidding… mostly). And she did a great job helping me and getting me on the phone with the claims agent who would finish setting my claim up and get my car towed to Franks so it can be fixed. Also the other lady was great to as well. Cant remember her name though. So I am really appreciative for her help and think she did a great job.
