5 /5 Kitch Simpson: Luis serviced my almost 40 year old Rolex womens watch which never had kept good time and which I had only had serviced by certified Rolex dealers in the past. At this point I had given up on the watch ever running properly as it had gotten to the point of not running at all. The watch now runs perfectly. and for about half the cost. It keeps accurate time and I am thrilled since this was a gift from my husband. He also recommended and replaced the original band (which was in danger of breaking since the gold links had stretched out) with an aftermarket one. The difference is unnoticeable and I can now wear my watch without worry! I also recommended a friend who had a keep sake watch in need of repair and she recently told me she had a similar experience.

5 /5 Kalyn Carroll: I took in roughly 6 watches that all need batteries, links removed and TLC. One ending up needing an internal component replaced, and to be completely taken apart and put back together to function properly. All of the work (aside from the internal component) was done while I waited and ended up costing less than $200. The watches and links were returned to me looking brand new. The husband/wife pair who run the store were friendly and professional. If I ever need anything done I will bring it here. There was no hassle, no up-sell and no wait. The store also has a nice inventory of watches and jewelry to shop from if you are buying and not repairing.

2 /5 Kellen Francis: Took my fiancés engagement ring to be resized and cleaned. Was charged $165 and the ring was still too large and one of the diamonds was pushed out. We did not notice that the diamond was pushed out until we got home and the next day realized the diamond had fallen out. Took it back to be resized, and he claimed the diamond was not his fault, though the ring has been in my fiancés possession for over 5 years and never had any issues UNTIL we brought it here. He said he would give me a quote on the diamond when I came to pick it back up but went ahead and put the diamond in without my permission, and I was forced to pay for it. Sleezy buisness, 1/10

5 /5 Dara Rea Coleman: I have used Jose over the last few years for many things . Including complete watch repair, watch batteries, cleanings etc . My most recent visit brought me to have my engagement ring resized. He turned it around in 48 hours and I am very grateful.
