Daniel Hughes I dont remember when I started with BDI, but I was in a bind and needed auto ins. QUICK LIKE!! A friend had talked about how he had an ins broker so I googled it. BDI came up. I spoke with Barbara and she has consistently gotten us the best coverage (and best price) for our cars and home. The last two times when Auto Ins is renewing she has reached out to me to tell me other companies to go with. This kind of attention to detail, researching and overall great customer service is they have been doing business for over 100 years.

Boom Pow The manager Wendy here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service demonstrated by her was absolutely appalling. Management really needs to reevaluate.

Literally just call and they will do all the work for you!! Jusebia looked up all my sons and my specialists and found an insurance for us where they were all in network so I didnt have to worry about anything.
