1 /5 Eric Garcia: This is a scam i got commerical insurance through them and they gave progressive the wrong discription of my vehicle on purpose just to get my money and business. When progressive reviewed the policy 2 months later they bumped up my rate for 1k a month to 3k a month. This a big deal for a small trucking owner operator like my self with only one truck especially when yiu get the news rught before christmas. When i called lloyd insurance to figure out what was going on they told me they would call me back, they ended up never calling me back and blocking my nunber so i could not reach them . Leaving me with a 5k bill that i have to pay progressive or it will go to my credit all because they lied about my vehicle to progressive even though i was up front of my vehicle and that it was two seperate parts a daycab and a trailer that are 2 seperate parts. ANNA is the one who lied about it and doesnt want to take resposiblity for her actions. I am now out of thousands of dollars and still have no insurance because i had to get out of these high rates with progressive thanks to lloyd insurance. DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE ITS NOT WERTH THE HEADACHE! I hope this place gets shut down because the world will be better off without their company. Since i cant reply to llyod response i will add here i am not in the wrong i was up front about my tractor and trailer i gave yall the VIN number for both and let yall know it was a end dump trailer there is no end dump trailer in the world that is permantly attached and if you have been working in commerical insurance you should know that. I invite to you to contact me and take resposiblity for your actions under the errors and ommissions policy. And if you think im in the wrong why would you block my number so i cannot contact your office only a guilty party would do such a thing its very unprofessional. N my DOT number is correct so please dont lie .if yall made a mistake i understand mistakes happen but please contact me and make it right dont block my number and think i will go away which yall in fact did.

5 /5 Steve Ockerman: The ladies at Lloyds have great communication skills and get my requests updated and paperwork faxed/emailed out to my customers promptly, even after hours. Their brokerage rates are the lowest I have found when I was shopping for trucking insurance and I am always addressed properly and by my last name, both in person and in every voicemail. Lloyds is a great company and I would recommend them for your business
