Gabby Flores Most predatory and bitter owners. Parking in the back was empty and I parked in the spot of a specific shop I was planning to buy from on my way back from getting kolaches. Parked for 5 minutes and my truck was gone. $300 to get it back and the lot was empty. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEAR THEM YOU WILL GET TOWED. Horrible business and people.

Tracy and Lydia The folks at Salem’s Jewelry took my late mother’s ring and used the stones to create 3 spectacular diamond bands for her granddaughters giving them an undeniable connection to her and each other. Salem’s doesn’t simply sell beautiful jewelry, they create remembrances that last a lifetime and beyond. Highly recommend.

Love how the charms represent a special time or memory in my life. Makes great birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day gifts! The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.

Perry Wise Repaired a ring for me. They were booked up and took 2 weeks but well worth the wait. Ring is like new ahandset a new stone in it and not wear it every day. Many beautiful pieces of jewelry here too. Pendants, chains and also native American creations as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. robnL1000 I have have had repairs, appraisals, and recently the resizing of my Mom’s wedding band because it was too big on her. We were afraid of it falling off her finger and losing it. They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.
