Helen Castro I’ve been going to Amax on Texas Ave ever since they opened, when my mom first started her policy there. Gloria and Emily have always been a great help with everything—the customer service is exceptional! I love the office—it feels so warm and welcoming. The decorations are beautiful, and they update them every season! There are always snacks on the table by the balloon arch and sodas in that cute Coke machine. And that tree—OMG! They keep it looking amazing all year long. I’m already looking forward to seeing what they do next month!

Debbie Johnson I’ve been using an independent agent the last 8 years or so for my insurance policy. So because i hadn’t messed with this in many years, I had quite a lot of questions. Zulema was very patient with me (even though i had a million questions and wanted 20 different quotes), and helped me without fail. She answered every question, showed me several different quotes and was just amazing! I had a lower quote from someone else, but it definitely wasn’t enough to make me not choose to work with Zulema after everything she had done. I highly recommend this agency! shauna cooper A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.
