I had to file to dissolve a business back in Louisiana and he helped me get all the info correct and updated with the necessary notary stamp needed before mailing off the documents. Kataja Epting Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.
