Steve Hudson I needed to make some changes with my elderly Moms accounts and make a couple claims when clearing the home for sale. Chisolm patiently, walked me through all of her policies, helped with claims, reimbursements, cancellations etc. Chisolm was always very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive even though I was constantly changing things or asking questions. Appreciate Chisolms help very much much through this process! Gary is lucky to have her on his staff!

Gloria Marrufo I have called Oscar Arrietas office to change my banking info for the automatic payments five times without success. Ive sent 2 emails requesting a call back and have not received anything from his office. I cant imagine what I would have to do to reach Mr Arrieta had I needed help with a claim. I never had any issues when Ron Montgomery was the agent. Ive been with Allstate for decades and am very happy with the coverage and assistance Ive received in the past. Looks like Im changing agents.

Im an old man, and my wife and I have had MANY insurance companies and representatives in our lifetimes, but we can both honestly say that buying, renewing and/or dealing with insurance companies is not something we typically enjoy doing.....but Harley is a breath of fresh air. From the first time I reached out to her for a quote, and everytime since that I have needed anything, she has gone above and beyond to take care of me.
