He was fun to talk to, easy to work with, and answered all my questions clearly. I’m moving everything over to them and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Kenny Bissett: The representatives by the name of Esmeralda was seriously disrespectful to my wife and I about a previous claim we had made. We denied the adjuster because we found the issue and easily fixed it. We were asked why we didnt allow the adjustor to go out there and why we didnt follow through with it. I kindly said that we couldnt afford the 1500 deductible at that point in time. The tone of this lady really upset my wife in which I had to call and answer to her. This situation could have been avoided through proper phone etiquette and kindliness. We were left feeling as if we made a mistake by trying to even make a claim. Like we were nobody....Im sending a letter to corporate over this because you shouldnt have to call in and feel bad for making a claim. And disrespected. If you are having a bad day or something, dont take it out on the client. You are in business for them. Respect that.

1 /5 Ruby Fuentes: Realllyyy BAD service with them ladys. PAM is very rude and dont take nothing serious also the other lady DONT do her job right tells you she got eveything she needed and calls you to go back cuz she forgot to make you sign something jus because she wanted to sit there and do nothing Like always..i dont. Recommend this UNPROFESSIONAL place.....they cancel my homeowner insurance all because of the lazyness..... Dont. Go here its ghetto like the works.

2 /5 Joan Carabin: This company was so easy to work with before Columbia Lloyds took over the billing and tried to deny A&A their small agency fee. Since that happened I have found it a different world in terms of their customer service. I have 15 investment properties listed with the agency, and customer service has depleted so much that I have started writing formal letters trying to get issues clarified. A year has passed since I wrote this review. I have worked things out directly with A&A Insurance. I will pay A&A and they can pay Columbia Lloyds. Having your own local agent is more satisfying than dealing with an unknown far from home. I think the people at A&A appreciate my business and understand my clientele. Joan Carabin
