We never had a problem with Germania itself but when we switched to USAA purely for cost saving purposes, apparently our Germania policy never canceled even though we did everything we were told to do by him when switching companies and on time. My mortgage company ended up paying both policies. Eric said hed fix it but after months of calls, messages, and emails; we still didnt hear back. After 8 months of waiting for Eric to correct this issue, we were forced to get the corporate office involved. 24 hours later our refund is being issued and they will be putting him under investigation for this matter.
