Then I received a quote from another ins. company, I forwarded it to Michelle, she told me it was a better policy, a little more, and even encouraged me to go that direction, regardless of her "commision" she wanted what was best for me, my company. Then she called the underwriter to see if they would write her the same policy coverage for "ME". She got the deal done, but was willing to lose a customer, if she couldnt get it done.
