Karen Johnson I, like so many in our area, was absolutely devastated by Hurricane Harvey. I have never been through something like this and did not know where to start. I called my local Allstate Office and they walked me through exactly what to do. The customer service that I experienced through this branch was exceptional. Every call, every contact - extremely professional, incredibly informative and always caring. The adjuster that I was assigned, Mr. William Smith, was AMAZING. He kept in contact with me each and every step of the way. He showed up for every appointment on time. He made regular calls to me to let me know where he was in the process. I never felt like I was an address on a clip board. I felt like I was a customer that was getting priority treatment. Neighbors on each side of me were not so fortunate. They both complained of missed appointments, phone calls not being returned, questions not being answered. Both neighbors had coverage with competitors of Allstate. I pray that non of us ever go through such devastation again but if we do, I feel confident that I will be in Good Hands with Mr. David Duckett and his exceptional team.
