AT&T Store - Lampasas (TX)

5 /5 Logan Faught: At this AT&T location, Travis was AMAZING! He listened to my issue with my phone, made sure to walk me through his process and was very thorough with investigating the issue all while having a smile on his face! Despite there being quite a lot of customers in the store and few staff, he consistently checked on each customer and really made a point to make sure that you weren’t being ignored. If yall have any phone issues/questions, definitely stop by this location and get help from Travis!

2 /5 Iva Nuckles: They need to have more than 1 person to help you. We went on a Sunday and the poor lady was running around like crazy. We were there for 5 hours. The store was full and she didnt sit down or take a break. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She just needed help. They know the weekend is the busiest. I I would have given more stars if she had help

5 /5 shane mahan: Walked in and was welcomed with friendly faces and warm smiles. Lisa and Travis were very helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa was the one helping us choose the plan best to fit our needs. Travis was always there to lend a helping hand. Me and my wife ended up getting new phones, a nice watch and a JBL Partybox. Lisa made sure we understood how everything worked before we left. These 2 employees are a great asset to AT&T. Thank you Lisa and Travis for making us feel like Family

1 /5 Beth James: We visited the Lampasas store today to add a phone to our family account. We had the phone, just wanted help making sure it was done correctly as we have had some issues doing account changes online or by phone. There was one customer in the store and three staff. We were told they could not do any account help today because it’s “launch day” for the new iPhone. We have been customers since the beginning of AT&T cell service, and yet we were told to come back another day for what would have taken an experienced person probably a few minutes to do. The service outages in Lampasas are getting more and more frequent, too. Do better, AT&T!
