Cheryl Crowder Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasnt charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!
