1 /5 R Castro: I called at 5pm to inquire about a payday loan. I was asked for all my information then spent more time on hold than actually speaking with someone. Finally get off hold and Im told I will be called to see if Ive been approved. At 6:08pm, I still dont receive a response so I call back and Im placed on hold again for about 5 to 6 minutes only to let me know I wasnt approved. I wish I had a better experience like these other lovely people did but sadly I felt like I had my time wasted.
