Education Credit Union - Canyon - Canyon (TX)

1 /5 Amy Antunez: Weve been with this bank for several years. Since Ive been with this bank Ive never been asked to make a persons job easier. All I needed was a checked cashed for $16.85. I was asked if I could deposit the $.85. When I asked what the reason was for, the teller started, " It would be easier for me." If youre a teller for a bank, then you have to learn the job. Im not here to make it easier for you. I simply stated I would like all of the money. Yes it took a while to get the money but thats part of your job, to cash checks. Not to ask your clients to make your job easier. This was a lady that was working the drive-thru 10/16/23 after 5:15pm. She wasnt rude but she does need to learn her job more properly. She needs more training.

1 /5 L B: I have been with this bank for 2 years now and my checks get deposited every friday. I have tried every avenue to get some kind of loan, credit card or something to help build my credit and angela is absolutely no help and shes not even friendly, why is she the manager? I have no idea. This bank does not care about helping their customers at all so dont even waste your time. I have no clue why people act like this bank is so great because in 2 years they have not shown me anything spectacular about being a member here. They are just another bank looking to make profit off peoples hard earned money and charge any fee they can. I see thats how they stay in business. I am now looking into switching back to the peoples credit union because they absolutely will work with you and help you out not treat you like a number. They treat like an actual person trying.

The tellers are always friendly, and they just helped me with my auto loan! When applying for my loan, they answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and made everything easy. Thank you, ECU!
