1 /5 Amy Antunez: Weve been with this bank for several years. Since Ive been with this bank Ive never been asked to make a persons job easier. All I needed was a checked cashed for $16.85. I was asked if I could deposit the $.85. When I asked what the reason was for, the teller started, " It would be easier for me." If youre a teller for a bank, then you have to learn the job. Im not here to make it easier for you. I simply stated I would like all of the money. Yes it took a while to get the money but thats part of your job, to cash checks. Not to ask your clients to make your job easier.
This was a lady that was working the drive-thru 10/16/23 after 5:15pm. She wasnt rude but she does need to learn her job more properly. She needs more training.
