Chocolate King I must express that, as a business owner, the agent lacked any sort of customer service training based on my own encounter. Upon entering the store with my wife, the agent exhibited a rude demeanor and seemed uninterested in assisting us. I cannot be certain if it was due to my Trump hat or their ethnicity, but throughout the interaction, her tone was very unenthusiastic. My wife was tempted to confront her, but we ultimately decided to leave.
