1 /5 Gage: Worst company ever. My wife canceled her policy over two months ago and now they have drawn her account negative the last two months. We have called and talked to numerous people and they have assured us her policy isnt active. Lo and behold, we received a bill yesterday for her "canceled" policy. We will more than likely be taking legal action to get this resolved since no one knows what theyre doing.

Looks shady to me Oh, their 2 security guards that let me in the building told me the agents do not talk to customers face to face, but will gladly take your money. They will never let you speak to a supervisor if you want to complain. Bad business practice....

5 /5 Kenneth Boillot: Great interaction with our agent, Kendall. He was knowledgeable and provided great info. After he realized that we were satisfied with our current policy, he pushed no further. No pushy salesmanship, just professional and looking to ensure our interests. Class act!

1 /5 Gisell Andrade: Do not sign up with them SCAMMERS! still charging a policy after 3 months we have been trying to cancel. After communicating multiple times that we want this policy canceled they are still changing a policy we canceled. 0 stars.

1 /5 Cynthia Cedillo: Have been with this insurance since 2017 and have had nothing but problems with them even more problems after Covid hit has gotten worse. I’ve been through so many agents and they have added insurance on us that we didn’t even ask for they have removed our insurance policies can’t get nothing straightened. I have tried called several agents and no one has reached out to me. I am so frustrated with this Life insurance situation that I’ve been having and every time you talk to someone it’s like they’re in a hurry to hang up I hate when you talk to them Because there is there anything else I can do for you ready to hang up that phone so where do we? where do we get good service from
