1 /5 Rita Christman: This company just wasted TWO MONTHS of my time. In May I was told we were approved for a refinance. After two months of jumping through hoops, providing all kinds of documentation, pay stubs, bank statements, everything you can imagine, spending hours and hours doing this, now they tell me my debt to income ratio wont work. We have good credit and an excellent payment history, plus our house and property is worth way more than the loan amount. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This company doesnt care about it!!
