Lakeisha Harris I called in advance to make sure that they had what I wanted, I spoke with Desirae and she was very kind and helpful. I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back. Everyone was nice, but Desirae provided 20/10 customer service, by being patient and going above and beyond! Thank you.

I explained exactly what I wanted to change on my current band (new diamond and claw prongs) and they delivered exactly that plus more!! My ring looks brand new and so beautiful. My ring was completed in a short amount of time and there are zero complaints from me. If you want quality service you have to come to Mike and Sam.
