1 /5 Bill Durham: The office staff is extremely weak when asked to correct or explain issues. They seem to operate with a corporate script that does not include actually listening to the comments or questions from a client. By speaking to an agent with a completely different carrier, I was able to obtain better coverage, while saving 20 percent and ensured I was not forced into accepting and being charged for insurance services that were completely unnecessary.

We didnt have A Strong Home Insurance in the Past & Had Received Severe Hail Damage. We decided to be ready this Year with A Stronger Company. We are treated like Family every time we have A Question. We recommend Highly if you Bundle Insurance.
