1 /5 Trail Conditions: Opened a claim that was looked at by several professionals saying this is an accident due to impact and no fault of lack of maintenance on our part. This insurance company signed us up with a company that denied our claim stating that we didn’t maintain our vehicle and that’s why the frame failed. We contact our agent as they are supposed to advocate on our behalf but they said “oh well” basically. Now we are out 20k Insurance is a scam and these are just nice faces selling you something they don’t want anything to do with once the policy is signed.

Our questions were answered promptly, and if our agent was not available at the moment, other agents/staff pulled up our information and helped us as well.
