Our agent was on top of our account throughout the process and never dropped the ball. Our questions were answered promptly, and if our agent was not available at the moment, other agents/staff pulled up our information and helped us as well. Having worked in a service industry for years, I appreciated the friendly, efficient service with which I was given.
