1 /5 Chris Baker: I would not give them half a star in a review. Current customer for 8 years. The app is difficult to deal with. Won’t let you make payments to credit cards online. They also moved money around without asking. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THERE BANKS. *update- I have not received any update after filling out the feedback form. Take your banking needs somewhere else these people don’t care.

1 /5 cakenn1: Since new update to the app, problem accessing account happens almost every other time I try to even check my account. Cannot get a-hold of anyone when trying to see what the problem is. Expect when you go to check the balance of your "account" it will not be available. This happens more often than not. Also, try to access your account online? Same issue. This is a financial institution that is fine with taking your deposit, but then never letting the account holder actually get access to it. So, if you would like to check the balance of your account - SOL, just hope that check cleared because there is no way to VERIFY. But dont worry - if you happen to overdraft, the "Credit Union" will be happy to charge a fee, which they may waive after spending close to an hour waiting on the phone to talk to someone. Closing my account after being a holder for over a decade. What a shameful, pathetic, useless institution. Take your money elsewhere.

There friendly and fast.

5 /5 Karen Collins: I always have the best service with Aggieland C/U and wouldnt bank anywhere else. Ive been a customer for almost 10 years and by far, the best banking experience Ive had in a long time. Teller name Julia at the SW Pkwy location helped me withdraw funds for a foreign vacation and helped me sort thru bills looking for unmarked, untorn bills in order to be able to use them abroad. She went above and beyond helping me and just further indicates how helpful the staff always is. Highly recommend.
