The representative asked if I would like to leave my card on file, and I explicitly declined. However, today I discovered that they had withdrawn $249 from my account. Upon inquiry, I was informed that someone had made the payment using my card, which I know to be false. My daughter confirmed that she had not made the payment and did not have access to my information. I am taking additional steps to address this unauthorized transaction and the fact that they retained my card information despite my explicit instructions to the contrary.
