2 /5 Edward Sanchez: Was thinking of opening a 1 yr cd (deposit-6900.00). Tried calling to get their cd rates , their automated phone system asks is long and detailed asking for member.id # or ss# to authenticate your call, I just wanted 1 yr cd rates, so because of that and many mixed reviews.i will do business elsewhere.....

1 /5 Ramona Boyd: They’re “friendly” if you’re a familiar face. Avoid this location if you’re not a local or at least look like one…. Obviously, the amount of time you’ve been a member (8 years) doesn’t matter to this branch. They will still treat you like you’re a criminal with bad checks. Legitimate check from an employer but they’ve “never seen them before” and need to know what it’s going to be used for…..when my payroll says the EXACT same company name. Please, tell me for the 3rd time about how “if the check doesn’t process” then I’ll owe the bank, INSANE! Definitely need a course or two in customer service. Absolutely Ridiculous!
