1 /5 Sidney Dents: I did a dispute for a charge on my account and they did nothing for me I waited 2 hrs on hold and I never heard back. I call back to see the progress because my money was never returned and they say the dispute was never filed . I waited 2hrs for them to not even dispute the transaction. And now that Ive called again to dispute it foreal this time stoll havent been refunded. I will be switching banks Ive had so many other problems with my money being taken out of my account.

1 /5 Dee S S: If I could give zero stars, I would. We attempted to open a business account here a few weeks ago. For starters, we were greeted by a guy who looked more suited for working the counter at the local smoke shop than a bank. But hey, were in a Walmart store, so whatever. After two weeks, multiple contacts with the branch and the corporate office, the account was still not open, and we were being asked for additional information, including confidential information that has nothing to do with the finances of the business. We finally just gave up, and went to Wells Fargo.

1 /5 Wesley Standlee: First off, having someone begind the counter decked out in Satanic attire is not a good look, nevermind the total lack of competence of the entire staff of this branch.

1 /5 Miguel Valdez: This bank blows! The tellers are incompetent. I couldn’t even get a courtesy refund for an NSF charge that was no fault on my end. Choose a different bank!
