Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Greenville (TX)

4 /5 jgoodman75: I have a love and hate relationship with this bank but wanted to give a good review to Nikki Gibson who helped me with a fraud incident. She went out of her way and even stayed late to help me and my wife. She is a great worker!

1 /5 Stephen Gilley: Insufficient staff to answer the phone. No drive thru tellers. Lobby hours are weak. Sure love the people that work there, but corporate must have some real boneheads on that board. I should give them a 1.5 star as the ATM card just arrived so that I can avoid the long Lobby lines starting Tomorrow.

1 /5 Mob Mob: cant count money, cant ask me what they want, Wont accept my deposit because it is "suspicious." only good thing about bank of America is the mobile app. that is the only reason I am continuing to bank with them. wish I could put 0 stars.

5 /5 Nolan Logan: I spoke with a lovely woman named Heaven, such a beautiful name I might add. She help some in more ways than I can count. I wish her and all of Bank of America the best.
