1 /5 Bec_in _tx: The CS Rep at the information desk was not helpful. I normally dont go to the credit union bc of the online abilities. However, I had to go in and was told I could do a walk-in by the call center rep. Yeah, apparently, the woman at the desk didnt receive the memo that walkins are welcome. Not only did she tell me I couldnt be helped, but she offered zero alternatives. As a customer for over 30 years, I have never had such unfriendly service. Do better, RBFCU!
