United States Postal Service - Fairfield (TX)

3 /5 Tiffany Brantley: The post office itself is very polite and good with working with you. But the mail driver that works my route is very rude and does not deliver packages as they are supposed to. Instead leaves all packages at post office to be picked up. Many of my neighbors and I have had several problems with this person.

5 /5 Jennifer Bennett: The nicest people wrk there ... So polite & helpful .. They ALWAYS have a smile & are willing to help in any way they can... I had a package to mail & the guy that works the counter went out of his way to find me a cheaper way to send my package!! They are awesome!!

1 /5 Veronica Turner: The office is rude and refuses to work with their customers. The delivery driver places our packages in the worst spots instead of bring them to the front door and dropping them off when they dont fit in the mailbox. I have heard that this is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved. The office does nothing about it when you call to explain the situation and they are quite rude about it instead of understanding where there customers concerns are coming from. I have only started having this issue this year where the driver no longer does this. I think they may have changed staff and gotten a new, rude, and lazy driver who refuses to help their customers by putting forth minimal effort. My packages were thrown in my yard by a gate. Seriously unacceptable work ethic to put forth. Its shameful really to represent a federal tax funded agency this way. The people of Fairfield deserve better.
