1 /5 louis saldana: Be careful with this place they let random person get out a loan under your name without any credential my credit went from 750 to 650 because someone was able to take out a 7000 loan under my name they said they just need a signature via mail and leticia wasn’t very helpful getting my claim declined because she didn’t give me more information from the fraud department now I have to get a lawyer to fix this situation

2 /5 Bright Ramz: When I went to ask fir a loan I was treated very well. I never missed a payment since almost a year. I called in to pay off my loan. I know their was a miscommunication also.by my part because I did not ask more questions that if I pay with debit card that their system only takes $2,000. Ok I can find othee way to pay off but when I ask for the balance ahe keot giving me the same balance when I had already gave 2 payments af 2,000 the same day but separate tiime. She hang up on me when she was pretending she was calculating the balance
