Ishia Collette Toledo is a great loan company for those who need a little cash. I had a loan currently with Toledo, and had an emergency where i needed funds asap . Jessica was the lady whom helped me out with no problems, was very kind, and really cared about my situation and wanted to help me. Their office closed in 30 minutes, and by the time i signed the documents, i couldnt reach her on the phone, and i would just wait until tomorrow. Before i could call her, she called me personally, and explained the miscommunication,( even tried to call me from her personal cell phone that day) and proceeded with my renewal of my loan. Funds were on my card within 10 minutes, I didnt even have to go in the office, which was great because i was at work myself. Dealing with loans, with any company for that matter, might not be able to help you at that time, I even called a few loan companies first before i was even approved for a loan with Toledo, give them a chance, and if your approved, pay on time, and just like me, you can get a renewal when you have an emergency, or was like me in between checks. The whole team at Toledo are wonderful but this is a special THANK YOU to Jessica for being there for me and helping me out when i really needed it!

ALFRED MORAIGN I am so glad I met with Greg Hernandez! We had a simple conversation about my most pressing financial issues that were keeping me up at night, and what my future goals were. He said he would take everything we discussed into consideration and create a financial plan for our next meeting, to my surprise. I thought they were going to try and push things on me ASAP.! Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.
