Joan McClary I really enjoyed my experience with the ladies in the office. They were all very polite and professional. The manager/loan agent was very informative and explained everything clearly. She was very efficient and it did not take a very long time to complete the loan application and transaction. I will definitely recommend this finance company to my friends and relatives for short term loans.

Axay Amin Really bad customer service. Not enough ppl in branch to server all customer. System goes down in the middle of transaction and no one knows what happened to the transaction. No one is helping walk in customer event hough PB is not busy. Lots of room for improvement.
