Wells Fargo Advisors - Angleton (TX)

Alyssa Shattuck we are traveling, and had some car issues. they were super friendly and very willing to help and go out of their way to accommodate people in need that we’re not locals. we ended up stuck at this location for 3 days while we tried to figure out a way to salvage our vehicle and we were unable to. they didn’t have an issue with us being there trying to figure out our situation. ALL the staff was doing what they could to help in any sort of way be it by helping us with food, letting us cool off in the store, trying to help with the vehicle even pushing the vehicle out of the main service area so we weren’t blocking the customers getting us water so we stayed hydrated as we’re not from texas so this heat was killing us. if i could give more than one 5 star review i would. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone

I’ve never met a nicer, knowledgeable, responsive or caring team before. They are clear and transparent, super helpful and always available to help!!! I’ve recommended them to several of my friends for countless reasons (especially to help plan financially and with investing their savings). I can honestly say I’d be lost without them and don’t plan on ever moving to anyone else!! Ps- they know everyone by name and if you have multiple family members/ friends who work with them they are kind enough to ask you about them! True definition of having the best of both worlds- best in their field as well as best service!! Thank you guys for all that you do!!

Randal J Smith I needed financing for a transmission work. I initiated my call to Kevin the Branch Manager in the early morning while at work, and by 5:00 pm or shortly after I had my loan. They staff was friendly and helpful and their efforts got my vehicle back to me the next day. They set reasonable payments that should not cause me any hardships. Having your transmission go out is a terrible feeling. These folks contributed to the experience feeling very positive. It is good to have a service out there when it is needed that does require an arm and leg to help you.
