I just spoke with Dawn, the branch manager at our local branch and she not only answered my questions, she also proposed several options that would help our business assure we arent going to be scammed. Thats what I count on in a financial institution, taking an active role in keeping the customer safe. Im very happy that we switched banks and went with a branch that is local and recognizes the needs of their customers.
