1 /5 Ashley Henson: An associate did not understand how to process a certified check through a credit union. Leading their own bank members to believe the check was invalid. Our credit union had to call and explain how to process the certified check and that it was in fact valid. Much unneeded stress was caused to both parties involved.

5 /5 Sarah Vanderpool: Lets Talk Mortgages. Even better lets talk about Joy Juliette. Seriously the best of the best. No one knows and does mortgages like this incredible woman. Her knowledge is second to none. She knows how to get the job done quickly and efficient all while having fun. Shes a literal dream maker. Joy you are seriously amazing and I am so thankful for you and all you do for me and all your clients. Also a big shout out to the girls in the closing department in Indiana.... the behind the scene girls who probably rarely get the credit they deserve..... Michelle, Shawnee, Kayla ALL of you. Thank you!

1 /5 becca lou: Honestly this branch is a joke. Do not go here. Its like theyre allergic to work and theyre very rude. Theyll give you so many issues and excuses but if you go to a different branch theyre kind and get things done. Pretty pathetic theyre giving S&T bank a bad name.

4 /5 Sean: Very nice bank to do your banking. This is not my main banking, but I enjoy visiting the bank. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. This bank as other S&T Banks still do the account for kids and depending on how much you deposit, you can get the stuffed animal or other items. They have a coin counter here which is always nice. The bank is normally busy but just short wait times

1 /5 Jerry Duttry: Cant cash a check there that is issued from them without an account. The lady didnt even try to ok resolve the issue. So I contacted s&t bank online and Dan is who I connected with and he has been a tremendous help. S&T bank employees need to take lessons from his customer service. Great guy and great help.
