1 /5 Monna: literally the most worthless and pathetic bank Ive ever encountered. staff never has a clue and they put ridiculous holds on checks coming from multibillion dollar companies. The staff’s god awful attitudes never help either. Take your money elsewhere.

TheJojj Very simple this year with being able to complete everything online at home. Agent Pamela was very friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and giving very helpful recommendations. Also getting all documents uploaded was easy. Really enjoyed how convenient it was this year.
