1 /5 Diane Lamoreaux: I filed a fraud claim approx 120 days ago and have yet to receive the stolen money back (over $700). Local authorities are aware ( local police, postal inspector, county DA). Nanticoke branch has failed to update on status of claim, branch manager has failed to answer emails, PNC has failed to protect my identity and I had to request a new account not the bank. Formal complaint against branch is being filed with Federal Reserve.
